This coffee table is more beautiful, in reality than it's photographs allow because of the hand carving, produced by this father and son team. The father’s craftsmanship, is what I define as “pure Moroccan” because you can “ feel” it’s generations of craftsmanship. Since I purchased this coffee table, I’ve commissioned hand-carved “tiles” for an outdoor planter, and thanks to the artisan’s son speaks excellent English, these, pieces , arrived exactly as briefed. I’m an Artist and can’t say enough about this father and son , team but their international client base , tells more than my words, here. I’ve photographed, up close and personal, the tiles, for the planter, which will season in our Winter, ocean climate, to a silver grey . 5 more pieces, have been commissioned for inside doors !

I love it! It's interesting to have a plain, rustic exterior and be surprised by an intricately carved interior. I ordered a larger tray to accommodate my tea things. Arrived quickly and safely. Great customer service--despite the fact that they were dealing with the aftermath of an earthquake!
