Refund and Returns Policy

At Boutabaa Crafts LLC, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Return Time Frame
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or request a refund.
Condition Requirements
- Items must be in their original condition, unused, and undamaged. If items were damaged during shipping, send us photos for proof.
Non-Returnable Items
We accept all items for return provided they meet our condition requirements.
Proof of Purchase
A valid proof of purchase is required for all returns or refunds. This includes the order receipt or confirmation email.
Refund Process
- Contact Us: Reach out via chat on our website or via the contact us page. Provide your order details and a brief explanation for the return.
- Return Method:
- Local Delivery: If you received the item via the post, a shipping label and return address will be provided via email. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
- Express Delivery: For orders shipped via DHL Express, a shipping label and return address will be provided via email. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
- Once the item is returned and inspected, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued back to the same bank account or payment method used at checkout.
Return Shipping
- For post shipments, return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
- For DHL Express shipments, return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
Return Address
For DHL Express and the post returns, the shipping label will include the return address.
Exchange Process
Exchanges follow the same procedure as returns. Once the original item is confirmed that it’s on the way, the replacement item will be dispatched.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us immediately with photo evidence. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Exceptions
Refunds and returns must be initiated within the 30-day period specified above. Items returned outside of this time frame or failing to meet the condition requirements will not be accepted.
